The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of mindfulness and its efficient utilization
through meta-analysis. Selected for this research were 39 studies published in Korea, which had
suggested statistical values with the experimental study on mindfulness meditation. The results of the
meta-analysis indicates that the effectiveness of mindfulness are very high, and useful intervention.
