중국 금융법 연구논문의 현황 분석과 향후 과제 = Trend Analysis and Future Tasks of Chinese Financial Law

국문 초록 (Abstract)

제조업의 성장을 기반으로 한 중국의 금융시장은 실물경제와 마찬가지로 급속하게 성장하고 있으며 그 결과 최근에는 금융영역에서도 중국의 위상이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 중국의 금융정책 및 관련 법제 변화에 대하여 많은 국가가 주목하고 있으며 이에 대한 연구와 논의도 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 이처럼 중국 금융시장의 영향력이 나날이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 현재까지의 중국 금융법 연구 현황을 중간점검하고 향후 중국 금융법 분야의 연구과제에 대한 방향을 제시하는 작업이 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 그 동안 시도되지 않았던 연구라는 점에서 차별성을 두고자 한다.
본 논문의 연구방법으로는 메타분석을 활용하였으며 분석논문의 선정기준으로는 한국연구재단의 등재지와 등재후보학술지에 게재된 논문 중 중국 금융법과 관련한 논문을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 그리고 논문의 검색기간은 등재(후보)학술지 중 중국 금융법 관련 논문이 처음 게재되었던 1997년부터 2013년까지로 설정하고, 중국 금융법 연구의 흐름을 통합적으로 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the development of the manufacturing industry, the Chinese financial market is very quickly developing much alike to its real economy and, more recently, China’s status in the financial area has also moved up. Hence, as the level of influence of the Chinese financial market increases day-to-day, it will be necessary to conduct an interim review on the current status for studies on Chinese financial laws up until now and carry out the task of providing a direction for future research projects in Chinese financial laws. Thus, this study can be distinguished from other studies in that it takes on a new approach.
The meta-analysis method was employed as the research method for this study. Theses selected for analysis comprised of those published National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) registered journals and NRF registration nominee journals that dealt with Chinese financial laws. The applied search period for the theses ranged from 1997, which is the year in which a thesis related to Chinese financial laws was first published in an NRF registered (candidate) journal, until 2013. This study comprehensively examined the course of Chinese financial laws.
