지역별 건설업 발주량 및 수주량 현황 분석 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research tries to understand the construction industry circumstance which area is the most suitable area with comparative method by districts and offer to reference data for decision-making of construction industry environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the construction market scale and contract scale through factors like the surrounding of construction market and the surrounding acceptance in contract, population and urban planning, etc. The results are as follow :<br/>
1) Gyeonggido would be estimated in the best area because it has most suitable environment in construction market scale. Also, Chungchungnamdo reveals equivalent order situation.<br/>
2) In the scale of contract, Chungchungnamdo and Jeollanamdo bring out good areas. This result means that Chungchungnamdo and Jeollanamdo hold priority in the competitive power of construction industry.<br/>
3) In the result of the rate of(contract amount/construction Market size) by integrated analysis, Seoul and Gyeonggido separately rank first and second place. And Cheju island occupy the lowest position.
