ICT(Information & Communication technology)활용 교육의 실태 및 활용 방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육 환경은 그 시대의 교육 수준을 말한다. 정보통신기술의 발달은 기존의 교육 수준을 몇 단계 높이는 효과를 주었다. 그로 인하여 교수학습 방법도 변화해야만 했다. 컴퓨터의 높은 보급률은 그 큰 변화의 한 흐름으로서 교사, 학생 모두에게 새로운 방식의 교수학습 방향을 제시해주었다. 교사는 더욱 더 활동적인 교수활동을 펼칠 수 있게 되었고, 학생들의 학습 능력도 향상되었다. 학교와 가정에서 수행되고 있는 ICT활용 교수학습 활동에 대하여 조사를 해보았다.
첫째, 학생은 가정과 학교에서 ICT를 활용할 수 있을 만큼 충분한 환경이 조성 되어 있었다.
둘째, 학생은 ICT활용에 대한 접근이 용이한 만큼 다양한 활용을 하고 있지만 상위 수준의 활용 능력을 보이는 학생의 수가 적었다.
셋째, 인문계 고등학교의 입시 문제와 더불어 학습의 양이 많은 특성 때문에 학생의 활용 시간과 이해 수준이 낮은 결과를 나타내고 있다.
ICT활용 교육의 환경, 소양 능력, 이해의 세부 사항을 면밀히 연구한다면, 보다 좋은 ICT활용 환경을 마련할 수 있을 것이며, 그 결과 효과적이고 다양한 ICT활용 교수학습 방법이 개발 될 것으로 예측된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The educational environment levels the education-level of that age. Information Community Technology (ICT) development has resulted in a significant improvement in the education-level. In parallel to that change, teaching-learning method also had to be changed. As a stream of that change, computer supply rate suggested new direction toward teaching-learning method for teachers and students. By the developments of a variety of multimedia, teachers are now able to perform more active teaching activities, and students can improve their learning abilities more effectively. Based on these considerations, ICT-utilizing teaching-learning activity currently used at school and home was investigated in this study.
Firstly, students were provided good environments to utilize ICT at school and home.
Secondly, students have used ICT in a diverse way, but only a few students showed advanced-level utilizing ability.
Thirdly, entrance-examination of the university and study load, resulted in a reduction of ICT-utilizing time and the understanding level.
Further investigation in the environments of ICT utilizing-education, basic-ability and specific details of understanding will help to provide a better environment for ICT-utilization and to develop effective and diverse methods for ICT-utilizing teaching-learning.
