사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 및 요구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식이 교사의 경력, 연수 경험, 컴퓨터 사용 능력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있으며, 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 경험 및 요구가 어떠한가를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 경기도 공사립 유치원 교사 400명이며, 사용된 도구는 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 및 요구를 알아보기 위한 질문지이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 사이버연수에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식은 대체로 사이버연수 경험 유무에 따라 필요성, 관심, 참여의사에 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 사이버 연수 시간과 시기, 교육방법, 평가방법 등에 대해 이전에 경험한 것과 앞으로의 요구는 유사했으나 연수 주관기관에 대해서는 사설 연수기관에서의 이전 경험이 많은 반면 도 교육 연수원에 대한 요구가 보다 높았으며, 교육내용에 대해서는 컴퓨터 교육과 유치원 교육과정에 대한 이전 경험이 많은 반면 인성과 창의성 교육, 부모 교육 등에 대한 요구가 보다 높았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kindergarten teachers' perception and need on cyber education by their career, experience of cyber education, computer literacy. For this empirical study, 400 kindergarten teachers responded to questionnaires dealing with the kindergarten teachers' perception and need on cyber education The results of this study were as followings: First, more experience teacher on cyber education, more like to participate in it. Second, The teachers' experience and needs of time, period, and method in cyber education were similar. A lot of teachers took part in cyber education at private or university cyber education center. But they would like to participate in it at province education center, university center. The teachers had learned computer education, early childhood education curriculum through cyber education. However, they would like to learn creativity education, parent education, consultation, and psychology.
