아동상담사들의 셀프리더십과 직업소명의식에 대한 연구 : 사회적 지지의 매개효과 = A Study on the Self-Leadership and Vocational Calling of Child Counselors : The Mediating Effect of Social Support

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동상담사들의 셀프리더십과 직업소명의식의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 아동상담사 324명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 23과 PROCESS Macro ver 4.1를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동상담사들의 셀프리더십은 사회적 지지 중 정서적 지지와 평가적 지지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동상담사들의 셀프리더십은 직업소명의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동상담사들의 셀프리더십과 직업소명의식의 관계에서 사회적 지지 중 정서적 지지와 평가적 지지가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거하여 아동상담사들의 셀프리더십과 직업소명의식에 대한 논의를 하였고, 구체적으로 셀프리더십을 강화하기 위한 셀프리더십 강화 프로그램, 자기개발 지원정책과 함께 사회적 지지를 위한 슈퍼비전 체계 확립과 인정, 보상체계의 수립, 그리고 직업소명의식을 강화하기 위한 슈퍼바이저의 지지, 동료들과의 토론 시스템 등을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between self-leadership and vocational calling among child counselors. A survey was conducted with 324 child counselors nationwide, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 23 and PROCESS Macro ver. 4.1. The results are as follows: First, self-leadership among child counselors was found to influence emotional support and evaluative support within social support. Second, self-leadership significantly affected vocational calling. Third, emotional and evaluative support within social support mediated the relationship between self-leadership and vocational calling. Based on these findings, discussions on enhancing child counselors' self-leadership and vocational calling were conducted. Specific recommendations include the implementation of self-leadership enhancement programs, policies supporting self-development, the establishment of supervision systems for social support, and the creation of recognition and reward systems. Furthermore, to strengthen vocational calling, it is suggested to provide supervisor support and establish discussion systems among peers.
