학술연구 : 홈페이지 메일링에 나타난 이용자 요구와 개선방안-도서관 이전 이후를 중심으로- = Library Users` Requests and Methods of Improvements Suggested through the Mailing-Services in the Library Homepage: Focus on the Differences Before and After the Relocation of the Library

국문 초록 (Abstract)

신축 도서관으로 이전 후 홈페이지에 올라온 이용자들의 요구를 분석해 본 결과 정보검색서비스는 본래의 목적과 취지에 맞는 서비스를 한 것으로 보이나 조금 더 적극적인 서비스를 위해서는 대내외 각종 매체를 통한 홍보를 강화하고 보다 적극적인 서비스를 할 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 건의함의 도서관 운영과 관련된 건의내용은 이용자들이 실제 도서관을 이용하면서 불편하게 느낀 사항들이 대부분이어서 빠른 시일 내에 건의에 대한 조치가 이루어져야 할 것으로 본다. 도서관에서는 도출된 문제점을 정확히 인식하고 그 개선방안을 하루 빨리 실천하여 도서관을 이용하는 이용자들에게 적극적인 서비스가 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

From the analysis of library users` requests suggested through the homepage after the relocation to the new library, the results are as follows; The information retrieval services provided services designed for the original purpose. However, to offer a more active service, there are needs for reinforcing the promotion of the library with a variety of medium and to implement a more active service program. Since most of the suggestions related to the operation of the library were the things that inconvenienced users, I think that immediate steps to their requests must be taken. In addition, I think that the management clearly should implement an action plan in response to the suggested issues as soon as possible and offer a more active service to library users.
