전자상거래에 있어서 소비자의 청약철회권에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Electronic Commerce(EC) developing rapidly with the advance of science gives both various advantages and legal problems to human. One of the legal problems is the consumer protection. Consumers who use electronic commerce have got trouble with this. So means to protect consumer is investigating. The cooling-off is most typical means to give relief to consumer's damage in this part. This consumer's right isn't permitted contractual acts(the civil law etc) but individual acts to aim consumer protection. In this paper, We study consumer's cooling-off admitted in the rule. Then We indicate problems relating to this right and propose supplementation at the same time.
