The Waldorf-school, which was founded in the early 20th century in the stream of the educational reform movement, today becomes conceived as a representative model of the alternative-reformative school. This study aims at investigating the elementary educational practice of the Waldorf-school. The educational practice of the Waldorf-school is constructed by the integrative-independant school organization, the various and reformative curricula and instructions, the teachers self-governing by teacher-conferences, active participation of the parent-associations and the school-building and classroom environment in regard with artistry and educational availability etc. From the findings is drawn the following general conclusion : the elementary educational practice of the Waldorf-school shows us a possibility as the alternative model for the elementary school reform in Korea.
