한국 다문화 가정에 대한 기독교 상담 접근 방안 = Christian Counseling Approach to Multi-cultural Family in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국 사회에서 증가하고 있는 다문화 가정에 대하여 기독교 상담적 방안을 제안하기 위하여 시도되었다. 본 연구의 연구 문제는 첫째, 다문화 가정의 실태는 어떠한가, 둘째, 다문화 가정에 대한 성경적 관점은 어떠한가, 셋째, 다문화 가정에 대한 효율적인 기독교 상담의 방안은 무엇인가에 대한 것이다.
한국의 다문화 가정은 한국인과 다른 민족 또는 문화적 배경을 가진 사람들이 포함된 모든 가정, 국제결혼 가정, 외국인 근로자 가정, 북한이탈주민 가정, 외국인 유학생 가정을 총칭한다. 한국의 총 외국인의 수는 120만명에 이르며 부부간의 이혼, 자녀 양육의 어려움, 의사소통의 어려움, 경제적인 문제와 한국인 구성원들간의 갈등, 한국 사회에서 편견과 선입견 등의 어려움 속에 쌓여 있다. 기독교 상담자는 한국의 다문화 가정이 “모든 민족에게 가서 제자를 삼으라(마28:18)”는 말씀에 따라 다문화 가정이 하나님 나라를 향한 복음 전파의 대상임을 깨닫고 기독교 상담을 통하여 그들의 어려움을 해결하고 예수 그리스도께로 인도받아 하나님과의 관계를 회복하도록 돕는다.
이를 위한 기독교 상담 방안으로서, 첫째, 기독교 상담자의 정체성을 유지할 것, 둘째, 다문화에 대한 열린 마음을 가지고 있을 것, 셋째, 다문화 가정을 위한 상담 및 가족 관계 향상 프로그램을 개발 할 것, 넷째, 프로그램 구성시 쉽고 간결하게 구성하며 한국인 구성원들의 어려움을 반영하는 태도를 취할 것, 다섯째, 다문화 가정의 자녀들을 위한 언어, 문화, 기독교 세계관 교육을 할 것, 여섯째, 전문 기관과의 연계 체계를 구축할 것, 일곱째, 체계적인 기독교 다문화 전문 상담사의 훈련과 교육, 자격증 제도 등을 설립 할 것이 제시되었다.
기독교 상담은 다문화 가정이 기독교 상담 방안을 통하여 하나님과의 관계를 회복하고 그들의 어려움이 축소되어지며 그들이 한국의 국제적 선교적 재원이 되도록 도울 수 있어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore a Christian counseling approach to multicultural families that are increasing in the Korean society. The subject of this research is first to find out how the actual condition of multicultural families is. Second, how is the Bible-based viewpoint on multicultural families? Third, what is a way of efficient Christian counseling for multicultural families?
Multicultural families in Korea generally designate all families that include people different from Korean people or persons who have different cultural background, and the number of total foreigners in Korea amounts to 1.2 million. Multicultural families in Korea are surrounded with the difficulties because of divorce, raising children, communication, economic problems, conflict between Korean family members and foreign family members, and prejudice and preconception in Korean society. Christian counselors realize that multicultural families in Korea are a target of the Gospel's spread toward the kingdom of God according to words that "disciple people in all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:29)”, solve their difficulties through Christian counseling and help them recover a relationship with the God by being guided to Jesus Christ.
By the literature review, the following approach was suggested. First, the identity of Christian counselors should be kept. Second, Christian counselors should have an open mind on multiple cultures. Third, Christian counselors should develop programs for improving family relationships of multicultural families. Fourth, Christian counselors should take an attitude that reflects difficulties of Korean family members by composing it easily and simply in case of developing a program. Fifth, Christian counselors should educate language, culture and Christian world view for the children of multicultural families. Sixth, it is necessary for Christian counselors to construct a linkage system with specialized institutions for multicultural families. Seventh, also needed for Christian counselors are specialized education, training, supervision, and certification programs that which set them apart from general counselors.
Christian counseling should help multicultural families recover a relationship with the God, make their difficulties reduced, and help them become international Christian missionary resources.
