미·러 특수작전 수행과 한국군 특수작전 발전에 관한 연구 : 성공요인을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Just as Liddell Hart said guerrilla warfare, the prototype of special operations, has become more important than any other time in modern times, the world of nuclear weapons is less likely to wage an all-out war while local war is increasing, and the high-tech weapon systems in the Fourth Industrial Revolution are changing the war paradigm and the role of special operations is becoming more important than ever.
So, I wanted to analyze ‘what are the factor affecting the special operations fo the Korean military?’, ‘what are the success factors of the special operations of the recent U.S. and Russia?’ and wanted to predict how to develop the special operations of the Korean military in the future.
Following the study, the factors affecting the tactics of special operations are the national(military) internal/external defense environment, namely the security paradigm, threat level and change, willingness to respond, I was able to confirm through the analysis of special operations cases in the U.S. and Russia that the success factors of special operations are the ‘progress of Network Centric Warfare and Hybrid Warfare’ by actively responding to the changing influential factors of special operations, i.e. changes in the Defense Environment and ‘Operational Command by the integrated organization’, ‘advanced weapons system development’ and ‘timely operation.’
By actively responding to changes in the defense environment that affect future special operations, the Korean military should improve its ability to carry out creative Network Centric Warfare and Hybrid Warfare, and develop capabilities to carry out special operations through the establishment of the Integrated Special Operations Command and the development and operation of advanced weapon systems.
