The purpose of this study is to present and identify the relationship between the effects of Performance Human Resource Management System, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of employees in Mongolian Airlines Company in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The Performance Human Resource Management factors were composed of Selective Employment System, Formal Education Training System, Evaluation System, Compensation System and The Career Promotion Ladder Opportunity System. With the results of the questionnaire, SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 was employed to process the data. The validity was the first analysed through feasibility and reliability analysis, and then, testing the practicality of the research model, the individual hypothesis was verified through correlation and regression analysis. The result shows as follows: First, the Performance Human Resource Management System factors was found to positively affect the organizational commitment, But Selective Employment System and Career Promotion Ladder Opportunity System was not as regarded as other systems currently implemented, Second, the Performance Human Resource Management System factors was found to negatively affect the turnover intention of employees. Formal Education Training System and Compensation System was found to assist in the influence on the certain employees`` turnover intention. But Selective Employment System, Evaluation System, Career Promotion Ladder Opportunity System was not found to not assist in the influence on the certain employees`` turnover intention.
