강원특별자치도 문화관광해설사의 스토리텔링 경진대회 참여 동기, 참여 만족도 및 재참여의도와의 관계

This study attempted to present theoretical and practical implications based on a study on the satisfaction and re-entry intention of participating in the cultural tourism commentator storytelling competition for participants in the Gangwon State Culture and Tourism Commentator Storytelling Competition.<BR/> This survey was selected from 221 participants in the storytelling competition, and the survey was conducted from November 13 to November 14, 2023. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on 152 copies of the final collected questionnaire using SPSS Window Version 21.0, a statistical package.<BR/> This study aims to increase the re-entry rate by increasing participation satisfaction through analysis of participation motivation in competitions.<BR/> In conclusion, participants in the cultural tourism commentator storytelling competition will be more customer-oriented and have high-quality commentary capabilities through experience, and will increase tourist satisfaction to induce revisiting, thereby contributing to revitalizing the local economy.
