글로벌 금융 허브를 위한 한국에서의 AI 금융 ICT 시스템의 설계 및 구축 연구 = Analysis, Plan and Implementation of AI Financial ICT System in Korea for Global Financial Hub

Although Korea has promoted Northeast Asia's financial hub, the Global Financial Centers Index (GFCI) for September 2022 ranks 5th among Northeast Asian financial hubs and 11th among world financial hubs. In order for Korea to play a role as a global financial hub, it is necessary to study technical analysis, design, and construction of an intelligent ICT financial system applied with artificial intelligence as well as economic, legal, and institutional financial infrastructure in Korea. In this thesis study, we analyze legal, institutional, ICT, and financial security technologies for an intelligent artificial intelligence financial ICT system and an optimized financial infrastructure system that aim for permission from the financial supervisory authority for global financial institutions to participate in the financial market of Korea. and presents best practices for designing and building. Through this study, global financial companies can easily participate in the Korean financial market, and the Korean financial economy as a global financial hub will be revitalized.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대한민국이 동북아시아의 금융 허브를 추진하였지만, 2022년 9월의 글로벌금융센터지수(GFCI)는 동북아시아 금융 허브 중 5위, 세계 금융 허브 중에는 11위에 머물고 있다. 대한민국이 글로벌 금융허브의 역할을 하기 위해서는, 대한민국에서 경제적, 법적, 제도적인 금융 인프라 뿐 만 아니라, 인공지능이 적용된 지능화 ICT 금융시스템의 기술적인 분석과 설계 및 구축에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 해외 자본의 글로벌 금융 회사들이, 대한민국에서 기술적, 법적, 제도적으로 최신 기술이 최적화된 인공지능 금융 ICT 시스템의 구축을 유도하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문 연구에서는 글로벌 금융 기관이 대한민국의 금융 시장에 참여하기 위한 금융감독기관의 허가를 목표로 하는 지능화된 인공지능 금융 ICT 시스템 및 최적화된 금융 인프라 시스템을 법적, 제도적, ICT, 금융보안 기술을 분석하고, 설계하여 구축하는 모범사례를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통하여, 글로벌 금융회사들이 대한민국 금융시장에 용이하게 참여함으로서, 글로벌 금융 허브로서 대한민국 금융 경제가 활성화 될 것이다.
