      The present study aims to create fundamental data usable in finding ways to provide satisfactory vocational rehabilitation service for the people with disabilities in the future by investigating in detail their actual situation at working places and their satisfaction with their current jobs. For this aim, a survey was conducted to 230 disabled persons who have been arranged by a welfare center in Jeollabuk-do province to get employed from 2006 to 2009 by questioning their personal characters, employment situation and job satisfaction. To determine the difference in their satisfaction with jobs depending on their general status and employment situation, SPSS 12.0 for Windows statistic program was used to carry out t-test and ANOVA.
      The findings of the study could be summarized as follows:
      The study found that the employed disabled people were generally satisfied with their jobs but their satisfaction with wage was lower than other area of satisfaction. Each area of satisfaction turned out to be highly c highly d with one another be nsequently, it seems that measures must be taken to improve satisfaction of the employed disabled persons with their jobs by, for instance, paying overall attention to the sectors related to their satisfaction with jobs. It seems particularly necessary to rectify the wage system to ensure proper payment for their performance.
      From this study, it was discovered, too, that there was difference in satisfaction of the disabled people with jobs depending on their personal characters and employment environment. It is therefore requested to make systematic approaches to widen the range of choice for disabled people to find jobs by developing more versatile job lists based on constant monitoring of their activities in consideration of their desires.
      Lastly, it is hoped to continue more active studies on the disabled people who are in the employment since, based on such studies, measures can be worked out to promote job rehabilitation and employment for disabled people and, moreover, detailed and practical systems may be introduced to increase their satisfaction with jobs.
