Recently, it is interested in composit and hybrid structural systems because these could make the effective structural members and systems through the reasonable combination of structural materials. The objective of this study is to compare the experimental strength of composite beams using steel fiber and angle with the suggested equations by previous studies. And it is to analyze the interaction of shear and flexure. For this purpose, seven specimens which are composed with a conventional RC beam without stirrup, RC beam with steel fiber and composite beam with steel fiber are constructed and tested. Based on the results, presence of steel fibers can inhibit the chance of brittle shear failure. Also the shear strength equation by Khuntia et a1, represents the experimental data better.
