「온달전」의 심리학적 분석과 문학작품화 - 온달부부과 인간상과 문학의 영향 ­ = Psychoanalysis and Literary Work of the "Tale of Ondal" - Ondal Couple's Concept of Humanity and Its Impacts on Literature

"Tale of Ondal" from the Historical Records of the Three Kingdoms is based on the life of Ondal 1,400 years ago. Ondal lived the time of continuous warfares during the reigns of King Pyeongweon (25th, 平原王?~590(r. 559~590) and King Yeongyang (26th, 嬰陽王?~618(r. 590~618). A literary scholar compiled this tale to promote the patriotism with warrior spirits at the time of wars against China in the North and against Baikje and Shilla from the South. Although this tale contains the mythical contents, it is significant since it aimed to promote unified spirit of the people of Goguryeo. In addition, because of the mythical nature that is familiar with Korean people, it is still with us even after the 1,400 long years.
"Tale of Ondal" influenced to the study of Chinese as well as to the contemporary literature. Many novels and plays are published based on the story of Ondal. It is not difficult to see the plays or dramas of the Tale of Ondal these days. Many research papers were published on this subject and it is safe to say that the Tale of Ondal became a national literature.
This study aims to promote the tale's comtemporary values. Achieving this aim, it attempts to study on the psychoanalysis of the human nature of in the tale focuses on Ondal couple's creativity, self-achievement and so on.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

『삼국사기』 「온달전」은 1400년 전에 온달을 소재로 지은 설화이다. 당시 온달이 생존해 있었던 역사적배경은 제25대 평원왕(平原王?~590 (559~590재위)과 제26대 영양왕(嬰陽王?~618(590~618 재위) 때이라 전쟁이 끊이지 않았다. 당시 고구려는 북으로 중국 남으로는 백제와 신라와의 전쟁을 해야 하는 상황에서 어떤 문사(文士)가 당시 온달을 소재로 상무(尙武)의 정신을 고취시키기 위해 지은 것이 온달전이다. 다분히 온달전은 설화적인 내용이 함유되어 있지만 고구려 국민을 이치 단결케 하기 의도에서 지어진 만큼 그 의의는 자못 크다고 할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 설화적인 내용이라 우리에게 친숙한 이야기로 1400년이란 오랜 세월을 거쳐 오는 동안 오늘에 이르기까지 인구에 회자(膾炙)되어 왔다.
「온달전」은 한문학(漢文學)과 현대문학에도 영향을 받아 소설 희곡이 양산되고 있다. 요즘에는 연극이나 방송 드라마에서 온달설화를 심심찮게 극하하고 있는 실정이다, 이에 따른 논문도 발표돼 온달전은 국민문학으로 자리 잡고 있다고 해도 지난 친 말이 아닐 것이다.
본고는 이에 따라 온달전을 현대적으로 발전시키기 위해 그 일한으로 이들 부부의 창조성, 자아실현 등을 통해 인간상(人間像)을 심리학적을 분석하고자 한다.
