대학생의 강점 인식이 강점 활용에 미치는 영향: 긍정 정서와 희망의 매개효과 중심으로 = The Relationship between Strengths Knowledge and Strengths Use of College Students : Mediating of Positive Emotions and Hope

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 강점 인식이 강점 활용에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 강점 인식이 강점 활용에 미치는 영향을 긍정 정서와 희망이 매개하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 329명을 대상으로, 강점 인식 척도 및 정서 척도, 희망 척도, 한국판 강점 활용 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조 방정식 모형 검증을 사용하여 연구모형의 적합도와 유의성을 분석하였다.
연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강점 인식과 강점 활용 간의 관계에서 희망의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 강점 인식과 강점 활용 간의 관계에서 긍정 정서와 희망의 순차적인 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 강점 인식이 강점 활용에 이르는 심리적 경로를 확인하는 데 기여하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 상담 장면에서의 시사점을 제언하고, 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between strengths knowledge and strengths use and mediating effect of positive emotions and hope of college students. For this purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted on 329 college students using strengths knowledge scale, Intensity and time affects survey(ITAS), hope scale and Korean version of strengths use scale(K-SUS). Collected data were analyzed by using a structural equation model.
The results of this study were as follows. First, hope showed partial mediating effect in relation between strengths knowledge and strengths use. Second, positive emotions and hope showed partial sequential mediating effect in relation between strengths knowledge and strengths use. The currant study contributed to examine psychological path of strengths knowledge, strengths use. In conclusion, implications for counseling, limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
