In this paper, optimal conditions for the use of infrared technique to detect voids in concretes and delamination between FRP sheet and concrete were studied experimentally. As a result, we found that far-infrared heating is more sensitive than the natural light and halogen lamp. Used natural light as heating source, voids in concrete well detected when the time was 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. and 5 P.M to 6 P.M.. The temperature profile got reversed depend on the time.
