사회적기업 종사자의 사회적 지지와 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of The Social Enterprise workers’ Social Support and Self-efficacy on their Job Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회적기업 종사자의 사회적지지와 자기효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하
여, 직무만족도를 증진시키는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 D, K지역에 운
영되는 사회적기업 종사자 230명을 유의 표집하여 2017년 12월 1일부터 2017년 12월 20일까지 설문조
사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 대한 기술
통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 사회적기업 종사자의 사회적지지와 자기효능감이 직무만족도에
미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 사회적지지의 하위변수인 정보적 지지(β=.375, p<.05)가 내적직무만족도
는 정서적지지(β=.487, p<.05)가 내적직무만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 사회적기업종사
자의의 직무만족도를 높이는데 있어 사회적지지가 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 사회적기업 종사자의
긍정적인 직무만족도를 증진시키기 위해 사회적지지를 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램이 필요함을 분명
하게 보여주고 있다. 또한 사회적기업종사자 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하
다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to provide basic data to be used for improving the job satisfaction of social workers by
examining the effect of social support on their job satisfaction. 230 social enterprise employees participated
in the study and asked them to complete questionnaires. The data collected from December 1, 2017 to
December 20, 2017 were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis
using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. As a result of examining the effects of social support and
self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of social enterprise workers, it was shown that the sub-variables of
information support (β = .375, p <.05) = .487, p <.05) have an effect on internal job satisfaction. Thus, It
can be argued that social support plays an important role in enhancing job satisfaction of social enterprise
workers. Further, it is clear that there is a need to develop a program that can promote social support in
order to improve the positive job satisfaction of social enterprise workers.
