전통풍수 통맥법의 절손지지에 대한 적용사례 연구 = A case study on application of the traditional Fengshui principle of mountain flow to the ideal spots that you cannot have any children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

도선국사(道詵國師)를 종조(宗祖)로 하는 비보풍수는 우리의 풍수사에서 폭넓게 활용되어, 다른 나라의 비보풍수와 차별되는 우리나라만의 독특한 풍수 지법으로 한국적인 풍수라 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 풍수의 술법 분야에서 한국은 중국 풍수의 이론을 가감없이 그대로 수용하였다는 것이 대부분 학자들의 견해이다. 그러므로 한국의 전통 풍수에 대한 학계의 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 그러나 이규경의『오주연문장전산고(五洲衍文長箋散稿)』, 무라야마 지준의『조선의 풍수(朝鮮の風水)』,『조선의 민속(朝鮮の民俗)』등의 문헌에는 중국의 풍수지법과는 차별되는 한국의 전통풍수인 통맥법에 관한 기록들이 있다. 또한, 승려들이 작성한 것으로 추정되는 도선비결(道詵秘訣), 일지승(一指僧) 결록, 일이승(一耳僧) 결록, 성거사(成居士) 결록 등은 전통풍수인 통맥법에 근거하여 작성되었다. 본 연구에서 적용사례로 고찰하고자 하는 전의 이씨 첨정공 묘소 비천오공형과 인동장씨 맹호출림형은 승려 하성부지와 성문승이 소점한 것으로 통맥법을 활용한 묘소이다. 통맥법은 용(龍)을 이기화(理氣化)한 간룡법(看龍法)으로 용의 생사를 판단하고, 용의 성질을 분석하여 혈(穴)을 분석하는 이론이다. 즉, 행룡하는 용이 어떠한 기운을 가지고 작혈(作穴)하였는가를 간룡(看龍)하고 행룡 시 위이(위이)를 살펴 용의 크기를 판단하여 어떠한 인물이 몇 대에 걸쳐 몇 명이 배출될 것인가를 분석하는 법이다. 이는 중국의 풍수이론과 차별되는 한국의 전통 풍수이론이라 할 수 있는데, 통맥법이 한국의 풍수사(風水史)에 존재하였다는 것이 문헌과 현장의 적용사례를 통하여 알 수 있다. 풍수지리가 우리 민족의 역사 속에서 문화유산과 정신문화에 많은 영향을 끼친 점을 누구도 부정할 수 없다는 점을 고려할 때, 우리의 문화에는 우리의 전통풍수지리 사상이 내재되어 있었으며 전통풍수지리 사상을 연구하는 것은 곧 우리 민족의 문화와 정신문화의한 단면을 밝히는 중요한 일이라 할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Bibo Fengshu whose progenitor is Doseonguksa(道詵國師) can be Korean Fengshui as our own unique Fengshui theory. But according to the most scholars’ opinions, Korea accepted the Chinese Fengshui theory as it is without any adjustments in the divination field. However, there are the records about the principle of mountain flow which is Korean traditional Fengshui and differeniates from Chinese Fengshui theory in literature including 『Oju-Yeonmunjangjeon-Sango (五洲衍文長箋散稿)』 by Lee, Gyu-gyeong and 『Joseon’s Fengshui (朝鮮の風水)』 and 『Joseon’s Folklore (朝鮮の 民俗)』 by Murayama Chizyun. Doseonbigyeol(道詵秘訣), Iljiseung(一指僧) Gyeolrok, Iliseung(一耳僧) Gyeolrok, and Seonggeosa (成居士) Gyeolrok which are presumed to be written by Buddhist monks were done based on the principle of mountain flow, traditional Fengshui. This study tries to consider the Bicheonogong-typed(the ideal spot with the shape that a centipede ascends to the sky) grave of Cheomjeonggong who is the Lees of Jeoneui and the Maenghochulrim-typed(the ideal spot with the shape that a tiger emerges from the forest) one of the Jangs of Indong made by the Buddhist monks, Haseongbuji and Seongmunseung as the application cases. The principle of mountain flow was utilized in them. The principle of mountain flow is the theory which analyzes Hyeol by judging life and death of dragons and analyzing their nature as the Ganryong Method(to check dragons) which controls their energy. That is, it analyzes what kinds of persons and how many persons are produced throughout how many family lines by finding mountain ranges if moving dragons make a hyeol(穴) with what energy, examining Wuiee(a mountain moves forward twisting its way : 위이) and Gibok(A mountain moves up and down : 起伏) when it moves, and judging dragons`` size. This can be the Korean traditional Fengshui theory which is differentiated from the Chinese Fengshui theory. Existence of the principle of mountain flow in Korean Fengshui history can be found through literature and the application cases of field. When the point that nobody can deny the fact that Fengshui theory has the great effect on cultural heritages and moral culture in the history of our people, our traditional Fengshui theory is reposed in our culture and the study on it can be the important thing to clarify a cross section of culture and moral culture of our people.
