체육수업 명장(明匠)의 10년간 수업 공개 기록 고찰 = Consideration the Class Disclosure Records of the Physical Education Master for 10 Years

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육은 변화하는 시대적 가치를 온전히 담아내기 위해 끊임없이 수업 성찰을 요구하고 있다. 이 연구는 10년간 수업 기록을 연속선상에서 바라보며 교사와 학생, 수업의 본질적 의미를 통합적 성찰 과정으로 접근하였다. 한 교사의 교직 생애가 반영된 기록은 과거와 현재의 발자취를 되짚어 지속가능한 수업의 청사진을 제시한다는 측면에서 체육수업의 문화 계승적 가치를 지닌다. 이 연구 목적은 체육수업 명장(明匠)의 10년간 수업 공개 기록을 바탕으로 교육 3요소(교사, 학생, 수업)의 변화 과정을 성찰하고 그 의미를 탐색하는 데 있다. 수업 공개 기록은 ‘수업 동기’, ‘수업 설계’, ‘수업 운영’, ‘수업 환류 및 성찰’ 범주를 중심으로 분석한 결과 ‘들여다보기’, ‘펼쳐가기’, ‘함께 가기’, ‘버텨내기’라는 경험이 나타났다. 수업 공개는 교육 3요소를 중심으로 ‘알아차림’, ‘채움의 길’, ‘비움의 여백’, ‘지속가능한 성장’의 변화를 통해 ‘교사다움’, ‘학생다움’, ‘수업다움’이라는 교육 구심점을 형성하고 끊임없는 ‘자기 객관화’ 과정을 거치고 있었다. 수업 공개 기록은 지속가능한 수업을 위한 교육적 자산으로 현장 수업 실천 연구에 시사점을 제공한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Education continuously demands reflection on teaching practices to fully incorporate the changing values of the times. This study examines ten years of teaching records through a continuous lens, approaching the essential meanings of teachers, students, and lessons as an integrated reflective process. The records reflecting a teacher’s career provide a blueprint for sustainable teaching by tracing the footprints of the past and present, thus embodying the cultural heritage value of physical education classes. The purpose of this study is to reflect on and explore the changes in the three educational elements (teachers, students, and lessons) based on the public teaching records of a master teacher over the past decade. The analysis of these records, categorized into ‘teaching motivation’, ‘lesson design’, ‘lesson implementation’, and ‘lesson feedback and reflection’, revealed experiences of ‘looking in’, ‘expanding out’, ‘moving together’, and ‘enduring’. Public teaching practices centered around the three educational elements formed an educational focal point of ‘teacher identity’, ‘student identity’, and ‘lesson identity’ through changes in ‘awareness’, ‘path of fulfillment’, ‘space of emptiness’, and ‘sustainable growth’, all undergoing a continuous process of ‘self-objectification’. The public teaching records serve as an educational asset for sustainable teaching and provide insights for practical research in classroom instruction.
