가이바라 에키켄의 도덕론: 기중심적 사유의 지평 = Kaibara Ekiken’s Moral Theory: Ki-centered Thought and Its Horizon

Kaibara ekiken published and disseminated a lot of practical books because he believed that the studies of physics and medicine, which are useful for daily life, were academic. Ekiken did not accept the theory of the main point of Zhuji school as it was. Activity of Ki was thought to be essential than Ri.
Ekiken emphasizes the nature of ‘physiology’ by applying the thought Activity of Ki to human understanding. Ekiken understands the nature of temperament as the original nature. Human beings are inherently good, but Ekiken has focused on changing to a good temperament rather than an awareness of good nature.
The idea of Eiken is closely related to ‘individual’. There is an intention to see humans in terms of their diversity, individuality, and specificity. In order to cure an individual’s pathological problems, it has become clear that it is only possible to observe each person’s characteristics, nature and personality.
Diversity Emphasizes the necessity of human life under the dominance of heaven and earth in order to give and maintain order to the abundant world.
These legitimacy is based on the Oryun, so that the Heaven and Earth will be the Oryun and the Return of the Heaven and Earth will be the practice of the Oryun. Eikiken believed that harmony and maintenance were possible by preventing the divide of the world rich in diversity through awareness and practice of the Blessing.
