In this study, 15 antibacterial cosmetic fragrance materials were evaluated through emotional capability assessments and electroencephalogram (EEG) experiments. Consumer preferences and the emotional and physiological effects of the fragrances were analyzed. Lavender emerged as the most preferred fragrance, receiving positive feedback on factors like aesthetics, naturalness, and relaxation. EEG results showed that lavender increased alpha waves, indicating psychological stability and relaxation. The study suggests that fragrances not only enhance consumer well-being but also contribute to stress relief, offering insights for developing fragrance products that address both emotional and physiological needs.
