The purpose of this study is to examine the multiple additive moderation effect of organizational culture on the relationship between leadership efficacy and career success of female manager. To do this, multiple additive moderation effect was confirmed through multiple regression analysis based on second term’s first manager survey data (2020) from Korean Women Manager Panel(KWMP). The results of this study are as follows. First, female managers’ leadership efficacy affects their career success. Second, hierarchy oriented organizational culture does not affect the career success of female managers. Third, market oriented organizational culture affects on women managers’ career success. Fourth, there are multiple additive moderation effect of hierarchy oriented organizational culture and market oriented organizational culture on the relationship between female managers’ leadership efficacy and career success. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it revealed the role of organizational culture as an influential factor in the relationship between women managers’ leadership efficacy and career success. Based on this, the significance of this study and suggestions for follow-up research are presented.
