LDA 토픽 모델링과 심층 인터뷰를 활용한 PAPS 연구 동향 분석 = Analysis of Research Trends on PAPS Using LDA Topic Modeling and In-depth Interviews

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 LDA 토픽 모델링과 심층 인터뷰를 활용하여 국내 PAPS 관련 연구의 동향을 보다 객관적으로 분석하고자 한다. 2010년 1월부터 2024년 8월까지 총 15년의 자료를 수집하였으며, ‘PAPS’를 키워드로하는 220편의 논문이 수집되었다. 연구 참여자는 국내 연구기관에서 PAPS와 관련된 연구를 수행한 경험이 있는 체육학 연구자 3명이 선정되었다. Python 3.5.2를 사용해 LDA 토픽 모델링, 연도별 토픽 점유율 산출, 토픽점유율과 연도의 상관관계 분석을 진행하였다. 질적 자료의 체계적 처리는 NVivo 12 소프트웨어를 활용하였다. LDA 토픽 모델링 결과, Topic 1은 ‘PAPS에 대한 인식과 개선방안’, Topic 2는 ‘환경에 따른 건강 변화’, Topic 3는 ‘체육수업과 PAPS 등급 간 관계’, Topic 4는 ‘운동프로그램이 PAPS에 미치는 영향’으로 명명되었다. 연도별 토픽점유율과 연도 간 상관관계 분석 결과 Topic 2와 Topic 3은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았으나, Topic 1은 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관이 나타났으며(rho=-0.476, p<.001), Topic 4는 유의한 양의 상관이 나타났다 (rho=0.471, p<.001). 본 연구의 결과 ‘PAPS에 대한 인식과 개선방안’(Topic 1)은 시간이 지남에 따라 연구 비중이 감소하였다. 반면, ‘환경에 따른 건강 변화’(Topic 2), ‘체육수업과 PAPS 등급 간 관계’(Topic 3)는 일정한 수준의 연구가 지속되었다. 마지막으로, ‘운동프로그램이 PAPS에 미치는 영향’(Topic 4)은 시간이 지남에 따라 연구 비중이 증가하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to objectively analyze the trends in domestic research related to the Physical Activity Promotion System (PAPS) using LDA topic modeling and in-depth interviews. Data spanning 15 years, from January 2010 to August 2024, were collected, comprising 220 papers with “PAPS” as the keyword. The research participants were three sports science researchers from domestic research institutions who had experience conducting studies related to PAPS. LDA topic modeling was conducted using Python 3.5.2, and annual topic proportions were calculated. Correlation analyses between topic proportions and years were also performed. For the systematic processing of qualitative data, NVivo 12 software was utilized. The LDA topic modeling identified four main topics: Topic 1, “Perceptions and Improvement Strategies for PAPS”; Topic 2, “Health Changes Due to Environmental Factors”; Topic 3, “Relationship Between Physical Education Classes and PAPS Grades”; and Topic 4, “Impact of Exercise Programs on PAPS.” Correlation analyses revealed no statistically significant relationships between annual topic proportions and years for Topics 2 and 3. However, Topic 1 showed a statistically significant negative correlation (rho=-0.476, p<.001), while Topic 4 exhibited a significant positive correlation (rho=0.471, p<.001). The findings indicate that research on “Perceptions and Improvement Strategies for PAPS” (Topic 1) has decreased over time. Conversely, studies on “Health Changes Due to Environmental Factors” (Topic 2) and “Relationship Between Physical Education Classes and PAPS Grades” (Topic 3) have maintained consistent levels. Lastly, research on “Impact of Exercise Programs on PAPS” (Topic 4) has increased in prominence over time
