디자인 차용·빌려온 예술의 정당한 활용 = Borrowed Design-Proper Application of Borrowed Arts

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디자인 차용은 극단적인 두 가지의 상황을 연출한다. 첫째, 유희와 즐거움을 바탕으로 평가되는 패러디와 풍자이다 둘째, 부정한 사용과 디자인 분야에서 금기로 여겨지는 모방이다. 창의력은 디자인 분야에서 가장 중요시 된다. 따라서, 차용은 정당성과 도덕성이라는 한계를 극복하기 어렵기 때문에 상대를 비방하거나 조롱하는 용도로 자주 사용된다. 디자인 차용은 활용의도의 순수성에 따라 다양한 시각으로 평가된다. 그러므로, 아이디어의 이용은 다소 저급하거나 유치한 쾌락적인 표현으로 재생산되는 경우가 많다. 차용은 의도를 명확히 밝히고 생산된 아이디어에 새로운 아이디어를 적용하여 개선되었을 때 그 가치를 인정받을 수 있다. 또한, 디자인 차용은 의도가 명확하더라도 그대로의 이미지 사용은 정당화될 수 없다. 본 논문은 자신의 철학이 추가되었을 경우만 진정한 디자인으로 평가되는 의미부여 되는 것이 핵심이다, 또한 본 논문의 디자인 차용의 내재적인 의미와 함축적인 요소를 이해하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Borrowed design expresses the two extreme circumstances. The first circumstance is a satire and a parody that is evaluated based on amusement and fun. The second circumstance is a fraudulent use and an imitation that is considered a taboo in the design field. Creativity is the most important in the design field. Therefore, borrowed design is used to vilify or mock the opponent because it is difficult to overcome the limitations about the legitimacy and morality. Borrowed design is assessed from various perspectives on the purity of intended utilization. Thus, the use of ideas is frequently reproduced rather vulgar, or immature and pleasurable expressions. Borrowed design can be recognized the value when new idea improves to apply an idea that be produced a showing the clear intention. Besides, borrowed design cannot justify the use of original images even if the intent is obvious. This thesis is the key point that is evaluated and imparted a meaning as true design only if one`s own philosophy is added. Also, the thesis will try to understand borrowed design`s intrinsic meaning and implicative factors.
