The State of Han is the first political entity of Korea existed from 7197 to 3897 B.C.. It brings an attention that this state created earlier than China and any other place in the world of human civilization. Many historical materials including the Memorabilia of the three kingdoms deal with the Han state. Among them, the ancient history of antiquity (Hwandangogi) deals with this state with details with credibility compared to other sources. This first political entity in human civilization was maintained by 7 rulers the founder was Hwanin Anpagyeon and the last one was the seventh ruler Hwanin Jiuiri. It is interesting to point out that the way of filial piety was emphasized through the teaching of ``Five disciplines`` during this time. Often, people assume that the origin of the teaching of filial piety is Confucius who was born in 551 B.C., but it was established much earlier. Therefore, one must recognize again that Korea is the birth place of the thought of filial piety. One of the aims of this study is to introduce the phase of Korea by emphasizing this fact to the world. Another aim of this study is to introduce the world about the principal of the teaching at the time of the moral crisis with moral and Korean spirit.
