통합교육 운영에 관한 실태와 교사 인식 : 경기도 정보산업고등학교를 중심으로 = Current Status and Teachers' Perception on Inclusion : Information & Industry High Schools in Kyunggi-do

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 통합교육을 실시하는 경기도 내 6개 정보산업고등학교 특수학급 담당교사 16명, 원적학급 담당교사 60명, 교과담당 교사 담당교사 96명 등 총 172명을 대상으로 통합교육 운영에 관한 실태와 교사들의 인식을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 특수학급, 원적학급, 교과담당 교사 등 세 집단 모두 기초 배경 조사를 위한 문항과 힘께 ① 통합교육 운영실태, ② 통합교육 운영의 효율성과 성과, ③ 행정 및 운영, ④ 교육과정 및 교수방법에 관한 설문으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 백분율, 교차분석을 사용하여 분석하여 교사들의 응답 결과를 순위별로 보고 하였다. 결과와 함께 정보산업고등학교의 통합교육 실태와 교사들의 인식을 일반중고등학교의 결과를 로대로 논의하였다. 이 결과는 정보산업고등학교에 통합교육환경을 조성하는 데 기초자료로서의 의미를 갖는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to investigate the current status and teachers' perception on inclusion in information & industry high schools in Kyunggi-do province. 172 teachers were participated in the survey study including 16 special class teachers, 60 regular homeroom class teachers, and 96 subject teachers. Survey consisted of current status of inclusion, efficacy and achievement of inclusion, administration and management, and finally curriculum and instructional method. Collected data were analyzed and reported with frequency, percent, and Chai square. The results and discussion was presented and they could be utilized to establish inclusive environment in information & industry high schools.
