초등학교 수업컨설팅 사례연구를 통한 수업컨설팅 방향 탐색 = Direction Investigation of Instructional Consultation through a Instructional Consultation Case Study of Elementary School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this case study is to suggest the direction of instructional consultation in schools after observing problems of current instructional consultation. For this, this case study examined the following three topics. First, what are the specific aspects of open classes for instructional consultation? Second, what are the characteristics of instructional consultation? Third, what are the directions of instructional consultation? The result of this study was the following. Aspects of open classes were deployed in the pattern of Gagne`s instructional 9 events and most teachers with less teaching experience didn`t control instructional variables effectively. Open classes focused on the instruction contest and was affected by the shade of instructional supervision. A researcher suggested the importance of a collaborative relationship between a consultant and a consultee, instructional consultation focused on the consultee, the operation of instructional consultation minimizing the intervention of an outside authority, and the procedure of executable instructional consultation on the schools to solve problems arising through this research. These suggestions contribute to the improvement and development of instructional consultation operated on the schools.
