국가행정의 역할 재정립에 관한 연구: 신공공관리와 거버넌스를 중심으로 = A Study on Role Re-establish of State Administration: New Public Management and Governance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, According to the Literature, analyzed on New Public Management and Governance in a historical perspective changes the direction of the State Administration Role. Because, New Public Management and Governance appeared based on a neo-liberal ideology and a globalization, informationization, localization era. Therefore, New Public Management and Governance must work together and lead a change to an open structure in a closed structure, to the network structure In the vertical structure, to decentralized structures In the ruling structures of the direction of change of state administration role in the era of unlimited competition. In addition, the role of the state administration should focus on improving National Competitiveness, changing role of the state administration as a facilitator or leader in the direct intervention and emphasizes the importance of the role of the activation of the regional state administration sector and the informal sector. Of course, the New Public Management and Governance, although somewhat different from the orientation, New Public Management is the logic of the internal structure of thepublic sector and Governance so as to act as a very strong logic of the external structure of the public sector, Their logic would be wise to take advantage of it fused with complementary to national competitiveness imperative.
