교직 만족도 및 교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색: 세대 간 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적] 본 연구는 X세대와 밀레니얼 세대 교사의 교직 만족도, 교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 비교 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
[연구방법] 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해.경기교육종단연구(GEPS) 초등패널 6차년도 자료 중 교사 데이터에 대하여 통상최소자승회귀모형(Ordinay Least squre) 및 분위회귀모형(Quantile regression)을 활용하여 교직 만족도, 교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 각각 분석하였다.
[연구결과] 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 교직 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 X세대의 경우에는 공개수업 확대로 인한 수업 변화 정도, 현 학교 만족도, 수업 개선 활동 참여, 연수 도움 정도로 드러났고, 밀레니얼 세대의 경우에는 교직경력, 학력, 공개수업 확대로 인한 수업 변화 정도, 학교장 지도성, 현학교 만족도인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 X세대의 경우 공개수업 확대로 인한 수업 변화 정도, 교사 협력 정도, 학교풍토, 현 학교 만족도, 연수 도움 정도, 지역 사회 관계, 주요교육정책 인지도로 나타났고, 밀레니얼 세대의 경우에는 성별, 경력, 교사 협력 정도, 학교장 지도성, 수업개선활동참여, 주요교육정책에 대한 인지도로 나타났다.
[결론] 분석 결과를 통해, 교사 임금 제도, 학교장 지도성 지원, 수석교사제 제도 개선의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the factors affecting teacher satisfaction and efficacy of Generation X and millennial teachers.
[Methods] To achieve this goal, the factors affecting teacher satisfaction and efficacy were analyzed using the Ordinary Least Square and Quantile regression for teacher data in the 6th year of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study(GEPS) Elementary Panel.
[Results] First, Factors affecting satisfaction in teaching jobs were found to be the degree of change in classes due to the expansion of open classes, satisfaction in current schools, participation in teaching improvement activities, and effect of training. In the case of millenials, the degree of change in classes due to the expansion of open classes, academic background, the leadership of school principals, and satisfaction in current schools. Second, the factors affecting teacher efficacy of the X-generation were the degree of class change due to the expansion of open classes, the degree of teacher cooperation, the current school climate, the degree of school satisfaction, the effect of training, community relationship, major education policy awareness, and in the case of millenials, gender, teaching career, teacher cooperation degree, principal leadership, participation in teaching improvement activities, and awareness of major education policies.
[Conclusion] Through the analysis results, the teacher wage system, support for the principal's leadership, and the necessity of improving the senior teacher system were suggested
