      With the reform and development of modern education and the continuous development of the five-education plan, the state’s emphasis on the mental health of young people and college students is increasing, the construction principle and basic requirement of school psychological education system should not only attach importance to the cultivation of students’ positive psychological quality from the source, but also promote the professional level of school psychological consultation and Crisis Prevention and intervention. At present, the construction of psychological education system in colleges and universities is faced with the realistic difficult that the professional ability of counselors needs to be improved urgently. To sum up the practical problems they are facing, put forward the improvement path of college psychological education system based on the improvement of counselors’ professional ability, and give full play to their cooperative education mechanism and professional functions, in order to enrich and improve the current school psychological education system construction and development.

      随着现代教育的改革发展与五育并举计划持续推进,国家对青少年及大学生心理健康成长的重视度不断提升,明确提出学校心理育人体系的构建原则与基本要求,既需要从源头重视学生积极心理品质培养,也需要提升学校心理咨询和危机预防与干预的专业水平。当前高校在心理育人体系建设中面临着辅导员专业能力亟需提升的现实困难,本文即以此为研究基础,通过分析高校心理育人体系建设的背景和要求,总结其面临的现实问题,提出基于辅导员专业能力提升的高校心理育人体系改进路径,发挥其协同育人机制和专业功能,以此充实并完善现阶段学校心理育人体系的建设与发展。
