치유학으로서의 양명학 = The Yangming studies as Healing studies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, health is a dynamic state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This expand the meaning of health is showing that modern western medicine based on the biomedical paradigm is slightly receding. Eviction and removal of unhealthy organs in the way of modern Western medicine is unlikely to regain our health. Now we need a different cure. The paradigm of the East Asian tradition is a way of new healing method True healing, as shown in the East Asian tradition is cultivation. The identification of the individual with the universe is true healing of the paradigm in the East Asian tradition. Wangyangming`s life and philosophy can be the wisdom of the report to overcome our modern pathological symptoms because his philosophy tried to determine the integrity by communicating not only between human beings but also human and everything on earth. First, this paper examined the relationship between innate knowing and the feeling of ontological fullness in Wangyangming`s philosophy. According to him, healing is to restore the original appearance of the human being. he believed humans were originally one being with everything on earth ; therefore, humans were originally very healthy with the feeling of Ontological fullness. When people can eliminate Self-centered thinking and reach the true empathy with others, they can be true healing. The way of his healing is to throw away the egocentric belief and to recover the mutual understanding ability. Second, this paper examined Yangming``s pedagogical idea. He completely trusted in child``s vitality or innate knowing. And, he emphasized creating environment for manifesting their innate knowing. Education would never be the means of competition.
