서울시 고가차도 하부공간을 활용한 공공체육시설 입지 적합성에 관한 연구 = GIS 분석을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

고가차도 하부공간을 활용하여 토지활용성 증대, 낮은 지가의 공공용지의 활용, 새로운 도시기능 도입, 주변 지역 개선효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이를 위해 공공체육시설의 입지를 다양한 요인들을 체계적으로 평가하여 결정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 GIS의 공간분석 기능을 이용하여, 고가하부를 공공체육시설로 활용하고자 할 때 입지 적합성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구 방법으로 고가차도를 물리적, 입지적 특성으로 분류하고 접근성, 인구밀도, 소득, 주변 시설인접 여부를 평가하였다. 그 후 개별요인을 종합적으로 반영한 적합성을 판단하였다. 분석결과 특정 고가차도에서 입지적합성이 높게 나타났다. 입지가 필요한 곳의 공간의 밀도가 높고 새로운 시설 공급을 위한 토지 확보가 제한적이라 이러한 고가하부를 활용하여 체육시설을 공급하는 것은 토지이용제고와 공급에 필요한 토지확보 측면에서 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

By utilizing under-space of overpass, we can expect an improvement in efficiency and convenience of land use in the vicinity of the site. It is necessary to determine location of public sport facilities by evaluating the various factors systematically. The purpose of this study is to evaluate location suitability using the spatial analysis functions in GIS and to apply it to use the under-space of overpass as a public sport facility. We classify the under-space of overpass and determine location suitability of the space comprehensively by considering the physical and location characteristic, accessibility, population density, income distribution, and numbers of the neighboring facilities of the space. A higher location suitability was detected in the specific under-space of overpass. Where the vicinity is highly dense and has a limitation in terms of securing land for the provision of new facilities. Therefore, it seems appropriate to utilize these under-spaces of overpass to supply the public sport facilities in order to improve in efficiency of land use and to secure the land necessary for the provision of public facilities.
