현상학으로 바라본 정신보건사회복지사들의 정신장애인 문화예술교육에 대한 의미 연구 = A Study on Meaning of Culture & Art Education for the Mentally Disabled from Perceptions of Mental Health Workers: Perspective on Phenomenology

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this research are to analyze the meaning that mental health social workers consider for culture & art programs related to art, music, drama, film, other arts, etc, conducted for social rehabilitation and recovery of the mentally disabled and the education through the Hermeneutic phenomenology and seek measures of culture & art education and fulfillment program for the normalization of the mentally disabled. Main results of this research are as follows. The first, culture & art education for the mentally disabled, planned, fulfilled and considered by mental health social workers, is absolutely necessary for the rehabilitation and recovery of the mentally disabled. Culture & art education can contribute for the improvement of human rights enjoyed by healthy people by normalization of the mentally disabled and local community integration and preparing the conditions of cultural life for the mentally disabled. The second, culture & art education for the mentally disabled should be the right that the mentally disabled can select by their desires. The third, culture & art education for the mentally disabled is necessary for the maintainment of mental health constancy of the mentally disabled and their ego-growth among the previous programs for rehabilitation and recovery of the mentally disabled. The fourth, mental health social workers should make an effort to expand professionalism and develop contents during the conceptual establishment, designing and operation of culture & art education for the rehabilitation of the mentally disabled.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정신장애인의 사회적응과 회복을 위해 실시되고 있는 문화예술교육에 대해 정신보건사회복지사들이 바라보는 의미를 현상학으로 분석하고 그 결과로서 정신장애인의 정상화를 위한 문화예술교육 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 본 연구를 통한 주요결과는 네가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 정신보건사회복지사가 바라본 정신장애인의 ‘문화’와 ‘문화예술교육’에 대한 인식과 효과는 기능적인 치료보다는 스스로 변화의 주체가 되어 행복과 삶의 질을 추구하는 것으로 바라본다라는 것이다. 둘째, 인터뷰에 응답한 정신보건사회복지사들은 정신장애인에 대한 문화예술교육사업이 활발히 진행되기 위해서는 공공전달체계의 적극성있는 이해와 문화예술교육 프로그램을 활성화하려는 마인드가 필요하다고 보고 있다. 셋째, 정신보건사회복지사들은 정신장애인의 회복을 위하여 문화예술교육의 개념정립과 기획 및 운영을 위한 문화예술적 역량 강화가 필요하다. 넷째, 정신보건사회복지사들의 문화예술적 역량 강화를 위해서는 정신장애인의 재활을 위한 문화예술교육의 개념정립과 기획 및 운영에 대한 전문성을 확충, 컨텐츠 개발에 노력해야 할 것이다.
