휴먼서비스 분야에서 자원봉사 활동성과 시민참여 의식 관계 분석 = An Analysis of the Relationship between Volunteer Activity and Citizen Participation in Human Services: Focusing on Mediator of Social Capital

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 휴먼서비스 분야의 자원봉사 활동성이 시민참여 의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 휴먼서비스 분야에서 자원봉사 활동성, 사회적 자본 및 시민참여 의식 요인들 간의 인과관계와 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 각 요인 간의 유의한 인과관계가 존재하였으며, 사회적 자본의 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 노인, 아동, 여성 등 저출산ㆍ고령화 시대에서 사회적 배려가 필요한 휴먼서비스 분야의 사회적 자본의 형성 중요성과 지역사회 발전에 미치는 영향에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analysis the influence of volunteer activity on citizen participation in human services, and then mediator effect of social capital between the two variables. For these, this study analyzed not only the causal relationship of volunteer activity, social capital, and citizen participation in human services, but also the mediator effect of social capital. The results showed the full mediation effect of social capital. Based on the results, this study presented some implications of the importance and the necessity of social capital in the field of human services with social consideration in the era of aging and low birth.
