장애인의 사회적 자본이 정책 신뢰도에 미치는 영향: 경제활동 참여 상태에 따른 비교를 중심으로 = The Impact of Social Capital of people with disabilities on Policy Trust: A Comparison based on Economic Activity Participation Status

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 사회적 자본이 정책 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 장애인 개인의 경제활동 참여상태별로 분석해서 비교하는 것이다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 8차(2023년) 자료를 사용하였으며, 사회적 자본이 정책 신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 취업상태와 미취업 상태로 구분하여 사회적 자본의 세부 하위요인별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이에 따른 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 연구결과: 취업 장애인의 경우, 일상생활 중 도움 제공자가 있을 때, 대인관계능력이 높을 때, 그리고 사회참여의 정도가 높을 때 정책 신뢰 수준이 높았으며, 미취업 장애인의 경우에 있어서는 대인관계능력이 높을 때, 사회참여의 정도가 높을 때 정책 신뢰 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 토대로 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare how the social capital of people with disabilities affects policy trust, based on their individual economic activity participation status. Method: I used the 8st year data of second wave 2023 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). and to examine the impact of social capital on policy trust, multiple regression analysis was conducted for each subcategory of social capital, distinguishing between employed and unemployed statuses. The results of the analysis were then compared. Results: For employed individuals with disabilities, policy trust levels were higher when they had help providers in daily life, when their interpersonal skills were strong, and when their level of social participation was high; For unemployed individuals with disabilities, policy trust levels were higher when their interpersonal skills were strong and when their level of social participation was high. Conclusions: Based on the results derived from this study, policy implications were presented.
