저상형 적재함 전기트럭 활용의 중요 요인 비교 분석 연구 = A Study on the Comparative Analysis of the Important Factors of the Use of Low-floor EV trucks

국문 초록 (Abstract)

전자상거래의 활성화로 인해 택배를 중심으로 한 배송의 중요도가 높아지고 있다.
배송 수요의 증가세와 아파트 밀집지역의 증가로 인해 배송업에 소요되는 인프라와종사자의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인한 이슈들도 나타나고 있다. 배송업에서는연료비 절감과 환경부하 저감을 위해 전기트럭으로 전환하는 사례들이 나타나고 있다. 특정 기간에 지어진 아파트에는 기존 배송트럭의 진출입이 어려워 배송에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이러한 아파트를 진입할 수 있는 저상형 적재함 트럭의 경우 배송기사의 노동부하 증가가 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 배송기사의 노동부하 저감을위한 저상형 적재함 전기트럭 활용의 중요 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 경제적 효용 요소인 경제적 측면이 가장 중요한 대분류로 제시되고 있으며, 그 다음으로 운송 효율 측면과 법제도적 측면으로 나타났다. 구매 혹은 개조 비용은 경제적측면뿐만 아니라 전체 개별 요소 중 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났다.

Due to the activation of e-commerce, the importance of delivery centered on delivery is increasing. Because of the increasing demand for delivery and the increasing number of apartments, the infrastructure and the number of workers required for the delivery industry are increasing, and issues in delievery system are also emerging. In the delivery industry, cases of switching to electric trucks in order to reduce fuel costs and environmental loads are emerging. Apartments built during a specific period have difficulty in delivery because it is difficult for existing delivery trucks to enter and exit. Even though low-floor loading boxes that can enter such apartments may enter the apartments, the labor load of delivery drivers is increasing. This study attempted to analyze the important factors of the use of low-floor EV trucks to reduce the labor load of delivery drivers. As a result of the analysis, the economic aspect, which is an economic utility factor, is presented as the most important major category, followed by the transportation efficiency aspect and the legal and institutional aspect. The cost of purchase or renovation of low-floor EV truck is found to be the most important factor among all individual factors as well as the economic aspect.
