유치원 교육의 교육법규상 문제점 분석 = An Analysis about Laws for Early Childhood Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focuses on reform of educational laws for Early Childhood Education development through analysis of kindergarten's problem and seek for desirable directions.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows ;
First, the existing law related E.C.E. has following problems,
1. Distrotion and lack of understanding about current trnds of E.C.E.
2. Many mistakes in policy and system.
3. Obstacle regulations to progress.
Second,
1. The existing law related E.C.E.must be reformed essentially.
2. Especially, the basic school system must includes kindergarten education.
