학생부종합전형 객관성 확보를 위한 시스템화 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 대입 수시 전형에서 학생부 종합전형은 고등학교 교과 활동 및 비교과 활동을 평가할 수 있고 학생에 대한 종합적 판단이 가능하여 시행하는 대학과 선발 인원이 지속적으로 증가 하고 있다. 하지만 평가 과정은 제출 서류의 정성적, 입학사정관의 주관적 평가로 각 대학의 평가 준거에 따라 지원자의 역량 평가가 이루어진다. 이러한 전형 과정에서 객관성과 공정성에 대한 의문이 제기되고 있기에 학생부 종합전형 정성평가의 객관성과 공정성을 위한 제도적, 절차적 보완이 필요하다.
그러나 대입 학생부 종합전형이 불공정하다는 논란 속에서도 대입 수시 전형으로 자리 잡은 상태이고 학생부 종합전형은 대학의 학생 선발 자율성을 보장해주고, 대학수학능력시험 성적을 중심으로 국가가 주도했던 평가를 교사에게 이양함으로 고교 교육을 정상화 시킨다는 점에서 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있다. 그리나 학생부 종합전형이 부모의 사회 경제적 지위가 입시 결과에 영향을 끼칠 수 있다는 부정적인 측면이 부각되어, 논란이 발생하여 대학수학능력시험성적이 가장 공정하기 때문에 학생들을 선발하는 방식이 수시에서 정시로 돌아가야 한다는 의견이 대두되고 있다.
따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대입 전형에서 시행되는 학생부 종합전형 평가의 객관성과 공정성을 확보하고 신뢰도를 높이기 위한 방안을 연구하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Currently, the total number of universities and selectees is steadily increasing as high school curriculum activities and comparison and activities can be assessed and comprehensive judgment can be made on students. However, the evaluation process is a qualitative and subjective evaluation of the submitted documents by the admissions officer, and the applicant"s competency evaluation is performed according to the evaluation criteria of each university. As questions are raised about objectivity and fairness in the process of such screening, institutional and procedural supplementation is needed for objectivity and fairness of the comprehensive student ministry assessment. However, despite the controversy over the unfair college entrance exam, the college entrance exam has been given a positive evaluation in that it ensures the university"s autonomy in selecting students and transfers state-led evaluations centered on the CSAT scores to teachers.
However, the negative aspect that the comprehensive admission process of the Ministry of Education could affect the outcome of the entrance exam has been highlighted, raising the opinion that the method of selecting students should be changed from time to time since the results of the College Scholastic Ability Test are the fairest due to controversy.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to secure objectivity and fairness in the comprehensive assessment of the Ministry of Education conducted in the college entrance examination and to enhance reliability.
