The purpose of this study is to suggest measures of improvement for a transition into demand-oriented management by comparing and analyzing living satisfaction levels and preferences of the Seoul city's public rental housing management methods. Research method used in this study included both survey and literature research, while analysis was carried out with spss 12.0 for statistics analysis. As a results, facility maintenance service level is 3.81, management operation service level is 3.94, cleaning service level is 3.86, guard service level is 3.71. Facility maintenance service(β=.517, p<.001), management operation service(β=.487, p<.001), guard service(β=.368, p<.001), cleaning service(β=.471, p<.001) affecting the residential satisfaction.
