전자정부에서 정부-기업간 관계(e-GBR)의 개념정립과 영향요인에 대한 실증적 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

e-Government in mature stage is characterized as the balanced development between IT infrastructure and e-service provision. Thus the establishment of IT infrastructure comes first in the development process of e-Government. In spite of the importance of e-GBR, few research works have been done on this field. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the concept of e-GBR and to analyze the influencing factors on e-GBR in Korea. The effect of e-GBR, the dependent variable of this research, was acknowledged positively in both public officials and company employees. The regression coefficients(β) of the independent variables such as Information Sharing, Autonomy, Cooperativeness, Professionalism, Mutual Trust, and Communication was significant statistically at 5% significance level. Therefore e-GBR is most greatly influenced by the behavioral factors like mutual trust and communication. In conclusion, it is expected that this research result can provide a useful guideline managing the cooperative relationship between government and business in IT outsourcing.
