차세대영재기업인 창업경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 = A Phenomenological Study on the Venture Experiences by Next Generation Gifted Entrepreneurs

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of venture experiences of next generation enterpreneur gifted enterpreneurs after graduating Center for Creative Enterpreneur by Korean Intellectual Property Office and Korea Invention Promotion Association. The research data were collected through questionnaire and in-depth interviews from 10 students with venture experiences. The qualitative study applied the phenomenological method of Golaizzi. The venture experiences were clustered into 13 specific themes and 5 general structures. Not only student centered education and enterprenuership, but also making friends with similar interests from Center for Creative Enterpreneur affected positively on venture experiences. Supportive home environments and encouraged parents also affected positively, and their strong motivations and patience could help them overcome the obstacles in the process of venture. Finally, they plan to do society favor in their future. The results indicated the importances of longitudinal studies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 특허청과 한국발명진흥회에서 운영하고 있는 차세대영재기업인 교육 이후 창업 경험이 있는 대상자들을 통하여 창업에 대한 경험을 현상학적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 차세대영재기업인 교육 수료자 중 창업을 경험이 있는 10명을 대상으로 설문지 및 인터뷰를 실시하고 현상학적 연구방법 중 Colaizzi의 방법을 활용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 13개의 주제와 5개의 주제모음을 추출하였다. 차세대영재기업인 교육은 학생주도적인 교육과 기업가 정신 함양뿐만 아니라 같은 생각을 하는 동료를 만난 것도 좋았다고 하였다. 또한 이러한 교육과 권위적이지 않았던 가정환경은 창업을 하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤으며 창업과정은 비록 모든것이 난관이었지만 강한 동기와 의지가 있었으므로 이를 극복하고 창업을 할 수 있었음이 나타났다. 또한 자신들이 하고 있는 일들을 통하여 사회에 어떠한 모습으로든 도움이 되고 싶은 마음을 가지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 추후 이들의 추적연구와 또 다른 창업자들을 대상으로 성과를 분석할 필요가 있겠다.
