초등학교 학생의 창의성 발달을 저해하는 환경요인에 대한 성찰 : 가정의 놀이문화와 교실의 수업문화를 중심으로 = Reflection on environmental factors that impede the development of creativity of elementary school student : focused on play culture of home and teaching culture of classroom

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 아동의 창의성 발달을 둘러싸고 있는 두 가지 환경을 교육적으로 성찰하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 가정환경과 학교환경이 아이들의 창의성 발달에 영향을 미치는 영역으로 설정했다. 그런 다음 가정환경이 어떤 조건에 있을 때 아이들의 창의성 발달에 공헌하는지 그리고 학교환경이 어떤 조건에 있을 때 아이들의 창의성 발달에 공헌하는지 연구자는 차례로 성찰해 보았다. 성찰해 본 결과 연구자는 가정환경이 아이들의 놀이 활동을 적절하게 보장하지 않는다고 보았다. 또한 학교환경의 측면에서는 교실환경 내의 수업문화를 검토하고 현행 수업방식만으로는 아이들의 창의성 발달을 촉진하기엔 태생적인 한계가 있음을 연구자는 확인했다. 이를 토대로 본다면 가정환경과 학교환경은 아이들의 창의성 발달을 조장하는 환경으로의 재편이 보다 시급한 과제라고 말할 수 있다. 부연하면 가정에서는 아이들의 놀이권 보장이 필요하고 학교에서는 아이들의 창의성이 발달하는 쪽으로 학습권의 보장이 필요하다고 하겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is an educational reflection of two environments surrounding the development of creativity in children. To this end, I sets the home and school environment as areas that affect children’s creativity development. I then reflected on which conditions of home and school environment can contribute to the development of children’s creativity. On reflection, I found that the home environment did not adequately guarantee children’s play activities. In addition, I reviewed the classroom culture in terms of the school environment and confirmed that the current teaching has inherent limitations in promoting children’s creativity development. Based on this, the home and school environment are more urgent tasks to re-organize into an environment that encourages children’s creativity development. In addition, families need to guarantee children’s rights to play, and schools need to guarantee their right to study in order to develop their creativity.
