일반논문 : 사립유치원 교사의 교직선택동기가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Kindergarten Teachers` Motivation of Choosing a Teaching Profession on Job Stress

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 교직선택동기가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 사립유치원 교사 200명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직선택동기는 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 상관이 있다. 구체적으로 보면 능동적 동기는 직무스트레스 전체 및 불화갈등, 낮은 대우, 학급관리, 권위상실, 업무과다, 관료적 운영 등 모든 하위요인에서 부적 상관이 있고, 물질적 동기는 직무스트레스 전체와는 유의미한 상관이 없으나 업무과다, 관료적 운영, 낮은 대우 등에서 유의미한 부적 상관이 있다. 그러나 수동적 동기는 직무스트레스 전체 및 하위요인인 권위상실, 불화갈등, 학급관리 등과 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 교직선택동기는 유아교사의 직무스트레스에 유의미하게 영향을 준다. 구체적으로 보면 능동적 동기는 직무 스트레스 및 모든 하위요인에 유의미하게 부적으로 영향을 주고 있고, 물질적 동기는 업무과다에 유의미하게 부적으로 영향을 준다. 이에 비해 수동적 동기는 직무스트레스 전체와 권위상실, 불화갈등에서 정적으로 영향을 미친다. 다시 말하면 능동적 선택동기는 스트레스를 주는 외부 자극을 자아실현의 기회로 인식하여 직무스트레스를 덜 지각하고, 수동적 선택동기는 스트레스를 주는 외적 자극을 더욱 결손상태로 인식하여 직무스트레스를 더 지각한다. 또 물질적 선택동기는 외부 자극의 충족여부에 따라 부분적으로 직무스트레스를 덜 지각할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed at examining the effects of kindergarten teachers` motivation of choosing a teaching profession on job stress. The subjects of this study included 200 kindergarten teachers. The results of the study are summarized as follows; First, there is correlation between the motivation of choosing a teaching profession and job stress of kindergarten teachers. There is negative correlation between the active motivation of choosing a teaching profession and job stress of kindergarten teachers. There is negative correlation between the material motivation of choosing a teaching profession and excessive work, bureaucratic operations, low treatment of sub-factors of job stress of kindergarten teachers. But there is positive correlation between the passive motivation of choosing a teaching profession and loss of authoritarian, fluoride conflict, classroom management of sub-factors of job stress of kindergarten teachers. Second, the active motivation of choosing a teaching profession makes kindergarten teachers to feel the job stress less than other motivation. Third, the passive motivation of the motivation of choosing a teaching profession makes kindergarten teachers to feel the job stress more than other motivation. Fourth, the material motivation of choosing a teaching profession makes kindergarten teachers to feel the job stress less than the passive motivation and more than the active motivation.
