현장실습 만족이 지각된 가치와 진로결정에 미치는 영향: 전문대학 관광전공 학생들을 중심으로 = Effects of Satisfaction with Tourism Practicum on Perceived Value and Career Decision-making : Targeting Tourism Students of College

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 산학협력을 통한 현장실습 만족이 지각된가치와 진로결정에 미치는 영향 등을 종합적으로 분석하고 서로의 관계를 규명하여 이론적 시사점을 제시하고, 산학협력을 맺고 있는 대학과 산업체의 실무 실행 단위의 담당자에게 필요한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 전문대학 관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 하였다. 특히 최근 산학협력의 중요성이 날로 증대됨으로써 취업이 전문대학에서 중요한 지표로 작용 하는 현실을 볼 때 연구의 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 관광전공학생들은 호텔, 항공, 여행, 이벤트 등의 분야에서 실습을 하게 되고 학생들의 만족도가 나타나게 된다. 이러한 만족도를 요인화 하고 이들이 지각된가치에 영향을 주는지에 대한 분석과 또한 진로결정에 영향을 주는지 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation of Satisfaction with Tourism Practicum on Perceived Value and Career Decision-making: Targeting Tourism Students of College. In particular, given the fact that education-industry cooperation is considered important in recent years and that employment is an important indicator in professional universities. Tourism students will be given the tourism practicum in areas such as hotels, aviation industries, agencies , and events related to hospitality industries, and their satisfaction will be revealed. We intend to analyze whether these factors contribute to the satisfaction level, analyze whether they affect the perceived value, and analyze whether they affect the course decision..
