      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Background: This study aimed to validate an e-portfolio evaluation tool for competency-based evaluation of family medicine residents. With the growing emphasis on competency-based curricula in medical education, there is a need for standardized tools to systematically assess residents' competencies.
Methods: A Delphi survey method was employed. In Phase 1, an expert committee reviewed the face validity of 11 existing tools based on 20 detailed competencies defined by the Korean Society of Family Medicine. In Phase 2, 10 clinical experts with over 10 years of experience assessed the tools' content validity. Criteria for validation included CVI ≥0.6, convergence ≤0.5, agreement ≥0.5, and stability ≤0.5.
Results: The validated tools were categorized according to their competency domains. For family medicine specialist competencies, the tools addressed persistence, integration, comprehensiveness, efficiency, community-based care, personalized patient care, and disease prevention. Evidence-based care competencies included tools for patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, safety-centered care, ability to perform expert care, critical health information literacy, and self-directed learning. Communication and collaboration competencies covered communication-based care, trustbased care, and respect for patient's dignity. Professionalism competencies included tools for practice ethics compliance, expert-led self-discovery, humanitarian and cultural mastery, and maintaining mental, physical, and emotional health.
Conclusion: The validated e-portfolio tools offer a structured framework for assessing family medicine residents’ competencies. These tools enable continuous monitoring and feedback, supporting resident development and contributing to the advancement of family medicine training programs.
