he strange resonance abundance during the hadronic stage. Starting from the discussion on the reduction of the K∗ meson abundance in the hadronic medium, we extend the rate equation in order to understand the abundance of hadrons involving more than three hadrons. Then, we investigate qualitatively the hadronic efects on the Σ(1385) baryon abundance during the hadronic stage; we discuss possible interactions between the Σ(1385) and light mesons in the hadronic matter, and further investigate the time evolution of the Σ(1385) abundance based on the time evolution equation, or the rate equation. We show how the interplay between the decay and formation of the Σ(1385) baryon in the hadronic medium results in the fnal abundance of the Σ(1385) baryon measured in experiments.
