The purpose of the present work is to simulate ECG waveform through patient-specific model formed by a clinical measured data. A 3D-virtual heart model is constructed through myocardial cells and cardiac tissues model. To evaluate the model, we postulate a normal model and a patient-specific model, respectively. And simulated results are compared with the clinical ECG data. Error ratio between the simulated results and clinical ECG waveforms under the 12 standard leads is approximately 7.68%.
